| Your performance is all about practice. However, your car's performance is all about money. How much do you want to spend on your car and how soon? Of the three dynamics of a road racing car (go, stop & turn) you have to decide how much you want to spend and when. That means a plan, setting some long term goals and creating your budget. $2K in improvements per year; $3K a year; $4K; etc. What's it going to be? Horsepower is great fun and so tempting to blow the $$$ there. However, for a road course car accelleration is not all there is. Ya still have to stop and turn. I have loads of horsepower and I am extremely fast down the straight. Its great excitement. However, I frequently get my butt kicked in the corners and I know I am pushing the limits of my car with street tires. Its because my brakes are only so-so and my almost stock suspension is very weak. My car is a progression, one improvement at a time. This year, its suspension improvements. Your's should be the same... Just set your goals and budget. Then stick to it. In the end, especially if you keep practicing your driving, you will be passing the 360.
